05th September, 2025 at 12:30 PM through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visuals Means

(“VC/OAVM”) in compliance with provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (“the Act”) and

Rules framed thereunder and the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and

Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“the SEBI Listing Regulations”).

Further, as per Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing

Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that

the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from

30-08-2025 TO 05-09-2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 11th AGM of the Company.

The record date (cut-off date) for determining the members eligible for availing the remote e-

voting and e-voting facility during AGM is Friday, 29th August, 2025.
