through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visuals Means (“VC/OAVM”) in compliance with provisions of the

Companies Act, 2013 (“the Act”) and Rules framed thereunder and the Securities Exchange Board of India

(Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“the SEBI Listing Regulations”).

Further, member of the company holding shares of the company in physical or dematerialized form as on Friday,

29th August, 2025 (cut-off date for eligibility to vote) shall be entitled to vote by electronic means. Furthermore,

the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 30-08-2025 to 05-

09-2025 (both days inclusive).
