Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that Vintron Informatics Limited ("the Company") has

secured a significant contract valued at Approx. Rs. 25 Crore for a period of 12 months from a

reputed domestic company for the providing and fixing CCTV with data storage elements along with

miscellaneous electronic and electrical work. The contract spans over a period of 12 months.

Further details regarding this disclosure are provided in Annexure-A, in compliance with SEBI

Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015.
