Mkventures Capital Ltd — Board Meeting, 07-08-2025: Board Meeting

MKVentures Capital's Board met and approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. They also announced the resignation of current auditors, ARSK & Associates, post-AGM. S K Patodia & Associates LLP has been appointed as the new statutory auditors for a three-year term, pending shareholder approval. The Board proposed a final dividend of ₹0.25 per equity share (face value ₹10) for FY24-25, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 34th Annual General Meeting.
