Century Plyboards (India) Limited — Board Meeting, 07-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Centuryply's board met and approved key committee changes. Effective October 1, 2025, the Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee will see Amit Kiran Deb as their new Chairman. Kothandaraman Hari joins the Audit Committee, and Prof. (Dr.) Anuradha Lohia becomes a member of both the Corporate Social Responsibility and Nomination & Remuneration Committees. These changes mark a leadership transition in key board oversight functions, with Shri Probir Roy concluding his roles in these committees by September 30, 2025.
