Southern Magnesium and Chemicals' board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting revenue from operations of ₹0.217 Cr and a net loss of ₹0.0986 Cr. Mr. N. Ravi Prasad has been re-appointed as Managing Director and CEO for three years, effective November 13, 2025. Mr. N. Rajender Prasad was also re-appointed as Joint Managing Director and CFO for three years, effective August 10, 2025. Both re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 39th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 29, 2025, via virtual means.
