Hikal Ltd.'s board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported a revenue of Rs 380.4 Cr. However, it posted a net loss of Rs 22.4 Cr for the quarter, a shift from a profit of Rs 5.1 Cr in the same quarter last year. Earnings per share stood at a loss of Rs 1.82. The company also noted an ongoing legal matter concerning alleged environmental non-compliance, where the Supreme Court has stayed a compensation order of Rs 17.45 Cr. Hikal maintains it has a strong case and no further provision is needed.
