Birlasoft has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹1,284.90 Cr and a net profit of ₹106.43 Cr for the quarter. In a key leadership update, Ms. Kamini Shah resigned as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 7. Mr. Chandrasekar Thyagarajan has been appointed as the new CFO, effective August 8, following the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's suggestion and the board's approval.
