Artson Ltd. (formerly Artson Engineering Ltd.) has announced its 46th Annual General Meeting on September 1, to be held via video conference, where its FY25 Annual Report will be adopted. While revenue from operations dipped 11.37% to ₹113.55 Cr, profit before tax surged 108.25% to ₹4.80 Cr, significantly boosted by a ₹19.03 Cr gain from the Nagpur facility sale. Profit after tax was ₹3.48 Cr. The company secured a record order backlog of nearly ₹289 Cr, including its first direct shipbuilding order for a Floating Dry Dock. Strategic focus remains on manufacturing expansion and leveraging the Tata brand. The board proposes shareholder approval for related party transactions with Tata Projects Ltd. up to ₹320 Cr. No dividend was proposed.
