NALCO's board has proposed a final dividend of ₹2.50 per share for FY2024-25, amounting to ₹459.16 crore. This payout is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 44th Annual General Meeting. If shareholders give their nod, the dividend will be disbursed within 30 days from its declaration. This sum is in addition to the ₹8.00 per share interim dividends already distributed for the financial year, boosting overall shareholder returns.
