Mkventures Capital Ltd — Updates, 07-08-2025: Company Update

MKVentures Capital's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The board also appointed S K Patodia & Associates LLP as the new statutory auditors for a three-year term, succeeding ARSK & Associates whose term concludes, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the board proposed a final dividend of 0.25 per equity share (face value Rs. 10) for the financial year 2024-25, pending shareholder approval. The draft notice for the upcoming 34th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 25, 2025, was also approved.
