Polymechplast Machines has announced its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, September 25, at 11:00 a.m. via video conferencing. For the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, the Record Date has been set for Friday, September 12. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from Monday, September 15, to Thursday, September 25. If approved at the AGM, dividend payments are expected to commence from Friday, October 10, for eligible shareholders.
