Kalpataru Projects International Limited — Board Meeting, 07-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Kalpataru Projects International Ltd (KPIL) has announced a board meeting where it approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue for the quarter was ₹6,171.17 Cr, with Net Profit at ₹213.59 Cr and EPS ₹12.51.

The board extended guarantees up to USD 65 Mn for its 65% subsidiary, Kalpataru IBN Omairah. A subsidiary also sold a 3.45% stake in Linjemontage I Grastorp AB to employees/directors, alongside a 0.45% stock option approval. Separately, a subsidiary terminated its expressway project with NHAI due to alleged defaults; management expects no material financial impact.
