Talbros Engineering's Board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The record date for dividend and e-voting for the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been set as September 23, 2025. The AGM is scheduled for September 30, 2025, via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Sumit Kumar Sachdeva as a Non-Executive Independent Director from April 1, 2026, and the re-appointment of Mr. Vijay Kumar Sharma as Whole-time Director from October 1, 2025, both subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Kajal Gupta was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from September 1, 2025.
