GMM Pfaudler's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company posted consolidated revenue of ₹794.55 crore. However, profit attributable to shareholders dipped to ₹11.15 crore from ₹23.22 crore year-on-year. This was partly due to a ₹19.84 crore net loss from foreign currency borrowings impacting finance costs. Overseas operations remain a strong contributor, generating ₹581.15 crore in revenue for the quarter.
