Indian Oil Corporation Limited — Others, 07-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

Indian Oil Corporation has called its 66th Annual General Meeting on August 30, 2025, to be held virtually. Shareholders will consider adopting the audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, and approving a dividend of ₹3 per equity share. The meeting will also address leadership changes, including the appointment of Shri Arvinder Singh Sahney as Chairman and Shri Suman Kumar as Director (Planning & Business Development), alongside reappointing other directors. Crucially, members will vote on approving material related party transactions with group entities for FY2026-27 and certain wholly-owned subsidiary RPTs, some exceeding ₹1,000 Cr, and a corporate guarantee of ₹481 Cr for a joint venture's banking facilities.
