Sun TV Network Limited — Board Meeting, 07-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Sun TV Network's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at Rs. 1290.28 Cr, with profit after tax at Rs. 529.21 Cr. The board also declared an interim dividend of Rs. 5 per equity share.

In a strategic move, the company announced it will acquire 100% stake in UK-based Northern Superchargers Limited for GBP 100.5 million, expanding its cricket franchise presence. M/s. Lakshmmi Subramanian & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, pending shareholder approval.
