Baid Finserv Limited — Board Meeting, 07-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Baid Finserv has announced a board meeting where key decisions were made. The financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, were approved, showing a net profit of Rs. 4.02 Cr and total income of Rs. 23.91 Cr.

The Board also proposed a final dividend of Re. 0.10 per equity share for FY2024-25, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Aman Baid was approved for re-appointment as Whole Time Director for three years, and M/s. ABSM & Associates were appointed as new Statutory Auditors, both subject to shareholder vote at the upcoming 34th AGM on September 12, 2025. The record date for the dividend is September 5, 2025.
