Naperol Investments has scheduled its 71st Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. The meeting will be held virtually via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means, allowing shareholders to participate and cast votes electronically. For the purpose of the AGM, the company's share transfer books will be closed from August 29 to September 4, 2025. Importantly, a special six-month window is now open until January 6, 2026, for shareholders to re-lodge old, previously rejected physical share transfer deeds, which will now be converted to demat form.
