Baid Finserv has announced a board meeting where it approved the standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 23.78 Cr and a net profit of Rs. 4.02 Cr.
The Board also proposed a final dividend of Re. 0.10 per equity share for FY 2024-25, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming 34th Annual General Meeting on September 12, 2025. The record date for this dividend is September 5, 2025.
Additionally, Mr. Aman Baid's re-appointment as Whole Time Director for three years was approved, along with the appointment of M/s. ABSM & Associates as new Statutory Auditors, both subject to shareholder nod.
