Ausom Enterprise Limited — Board Meeting, 07-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

AuSom Enterprise (AEL) has announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹471.05 Cr. Despite a decline in revenue from the prior year, consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) saw a significant jump to ₹14.78 Cr, with Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) at ₹10.85.

In a strategic move, the Board also approved relocating the registered office to a new address within Ahmedabad. This change is pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
