Crompton Greaves (CGCEL) reported Q1 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs. 1,998 Cr and PAT of Rs. 124 Cr, both down YoY due to unseasonal weather impacting seasonal products. However, the company achieved zero debt by repaying a Rs. 300 Cr NCD tranche, maintaining net cash positive status. Solar pump revenue doubled YoY, securing a key Rs. 101 Cr order. Lighting EBIT surged 41% YoY to Rs. 29 Cr, with margins expanding significantly. Small domestic appliances showed strong double-digit growth. Subsidiary Butterfly also saw revenue of Rs. 187 Cr and EBITDA up 39% YoY.
