Oil Country Tubular Limited — Board Meeting, 07-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Oil Country Tubular's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company also set the 39th Annual General Meeting for September 10, to be held virtually. Key leadership changes were announced: Dr. Kamineni Shashidhar, son of the Chairman, joins as a Non-Executive Professional Director, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. G.L.B Shastry is the new Chief Financial Officer, while Mr. Vaibhav S Suryawanshi takes charge as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. Mr. J.Ramamuni Reddy has been re-designated as Head – Accounts.
