GSFC's Board approved strong financial results for the quarter. Consolidated Net Profit after tax surged to Rs 138.60 Cr, a substantial increase from Rs 87.32 Cr in the prior year quarter. Revenue from operations also saw a slight uptick, reaching Rs 2,184.41 Cr. The company appointed Sanjeev Kumar as Managing Director, pending shareholder approval. New statutory and secretarial auditors were also appointed for multi-year terms, subject to shareholder endorsement. A clear operational improvement is visible, particularly in the Industrial Products segment, which turned profitable from a prior loss.
