PTL Enterprises Limited — Board Meeting, 07-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

PTL Enterprises has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of ₹16.08 Cr and a profit of ₹9.23 Cr for the quarter. EPS stood at ₹0.70.

Key board changes were also decided: Independent Director Mr. Birendra Kumar Singh will step down from August 10 due to term expiry. New appointments to various committees include Mr. Ranganayakulu Jagarlamudi (Audit Committee), Mrs. Sonali Sen (Nomination & Remuneration Committee), and Mr. Tapan Mitra (Investments/Loans Committee and Business Responsibility Committee Chairman).
