Titan Company kicks off FY26 with strong Q1 performance! Consolidated Total Income surged 21% YoY to ₹14,966 crore, while Profit after Tax jumped 53% to ₹1,091 crore, hitting a 7.3% margin. The Jewellery business remained resilient with 19% growth, including CaratLane's impressive 39% rise. The Watches division had an exceptional quarter, growing 24% to ₹1,273 crore.

Emerging businesses also saw robust 35% growth, significantly narrowing losses. Strategically, Titan's subsidiary announced plans to acquire a 67% stake in UAE's Damas LLC for AED 1,038 Million, boosting its international footprint.
