The company's Board of Directors has concluded its meeting, approving the financial results for the quarter and year ended June 30. The Board also approved the re-appointment of Smt. Harshila H. Patel as an Independent Woman Director for a five-year term, not liable to retire by rotation, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 58th Annual General Meeting (AGM). Additionally, M/s. Kiran Vaghela & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five financial years (FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30), also pending shareholder approval at the 58th AGM.
