The Board of Directors met and approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated net profit hit ₹12.5 Cr for the quarter, with revenue at ₹55 Cr. Half-year net profit stood at ₹25 Cr on revenues of ₹110 Cr. An interim dividend of ₹2.50 per share was declared. The board also gave a green light to raise up to ₹200 Cr via a Rights Issue, targeting future growth and strengthening financials. Mr. A was appointed as an Independent Director.
