Cummins India Limited — Board Meeting, 07-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Cummins India's Board has approved strong consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations surged to ₹2,858.71 Cr, with Profit After Tax (PAT) at ₹603.90 Cr. This PAT includes an exceptional gain of ₹12.59 Cr from the sale of its CSSPL subsidiary. EPS for the quarter stood at ₹21.79. The Board also appointed Mr. Thierry Bruno Pimi Nouyeuwe and Ms. Vibha Paul Rishi as Additional Directors. These director appointments will be put to shareholders for approval via postal ballot.
