Universal Autofoundry's Board has appointed Mr. Vimal Chand Jain as the Chairman and Managing Director for a five-year term, effective from the board meeting. This decision, following a review by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Jain, a long-standing board member since inception, will oversee business strategy, financial management, and risk. His appointment aims to strengthen the company's leadership, leveraging his experience in identifying business opportunities and guiding financial decisions. He is the father of Mr. Vinit Jain (CFO) and Mr. Vikram Jain (Wholetime Director).
