Alicon Castalloy Limited — Board Meeting, 07-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Alicon Castalloy's board has approved the financial results for the first quarter. The company will also distribute a final dividend of Rs. 3 per equity share (60%) for FY24-25. To determine dividend eligibility, the book closure is set from September 15-19, 2025. The 35th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 19, 2025. Furthermore, M/s. DDB & Co. has been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for the next three financial years.
