Concord Enviro Systems' wholly-owned subsidiary, RSSPL, will acquire Pathak Utility Private Limited (PUPL) for ₹1.01 Cr. This strategic move adds 100% control of PUPL, which specializes in water treatment plant operation, maintenance, and rehabilitation. The acquisition aims to strengthen RSSPL's presence in the water treatment sector, specifically the third-party O&M business. PUPL reported a turnover of ₹12.31 Cr and a net profit of ₹2.04 Lakh for FY25. The transaction is expected to complete within three months, expanding Concord Enviro's footprint.
