Carborundum Universal Limited — Others, 07-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

The Company held its 71st Annual General Meeting, where shareholders approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for FY25. A final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share was declared, confirming the interim dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share. Shareholders re-appointed Mr. M M Murugappan as a Director and approved commission payable to him. M/s. Sridharan & Sridharan Associates were appointed Secretarial Auditor at ₹2,00,000 for FY26, with future remuneration to be decided by the Board based on Audit Committee input. The remuneration of Cost Auditor M/s. S Mahadevan & Co. was ratified at Rs. 5,00,000 p.a. for FY26. The Chairman also announced the financial results for the quarter, previously approved by the Board.
