RVHL's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting a consolidated revenue of Rs. 1.80 Cr and a net loss of Rs. 0.52 Cr (EPS: Rs. (0.08)). Key auditor appointments were confirmed: Dewan P.N. Chopra & Co. will continue as Statutory Auditors and RAA & Associates LLP as Secretarial Auditors, both for five years.
