IFGL Refractories has announced its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at 11 AM IST. Shareholders can attend and vote via Video Conferencing. The company's board has proposed a final dividend of Re 1 per equity share for FY 2024-25, which, if approved at the AGM, will be paid on or after September 1, 2025. This is in addition to the Rs 6 per share interim dividend already paid. Remote e-voting will be available from August 24 to August 26, 2025.
