Pitti Engineering's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹456.56 Cr, with a profit of ₹22.88 Cr and EPS of ₹6.14. The board also gave a green light to a ₹150 Cr capex plan. This investment aims to significantly boost manufacturing capacities, increasing sheet metal, machine hour, and foundry production. The expansion, funded by internal accruals and debt, will be completed in phases over 18 months to meet growing demand.
