Swati Projects' board has approved its standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported a standalone net profit of 0.22 Cr, compared to a net loss of 0.56 Cr in the previous quarter and a profit of 0.20 Cr in the same quarter last year. Consolidated results show a net loss of 0.65 Cr for the quarter, compared to a loss of 0.17 Cr previously and a profit of 0.17 Cr a year ago. The company also confirmed no deviation in the use of its Initial Public Offer (IPO) proceeds.
