Labelkraft Technologies' Board has approved the Directors' Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The Board re-appointed Mr. Ranjeet Solanki Kumar as Chairman & Managing Director, and Ms. Shraddha and Ms. Raashi Jain as Whole-time Directors for five-year terms. Additionally, Mr. D Venkateswarlu was appointed Secretarial Auditor for five years and as Scrutinizer for the upcoming AGM. M/s. M.K. Bagrecha & Associates were appointed Internal Auditors for FY26. The 3rd Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 04, 2025, with August 29, 2025, as the cut-off date for e-voting eligibility.
