The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of seven Senior Management Personnel, including Shri Shailendra Kumar Malviya and Shri Koushi Goswami as General Managers (Projects), Shri Rajeev Kumar as Additional General Manager (Projects), and Shri Kuber Malhotra as Chief Technology Officer. These key appointments, which followed a review by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, significantly strengthen IREDA's leadership and operational capabilities, particularly in project execution and technological advancement.
