Panache Digilife's board approved its Q1 FY26 consolidated financial results, reporting revenue of ₹29.54 Cr and a profit of ₹0.87 Cr. The company re-appointed Mr. Amit Rambhia as Managing Director, Mr. Nikit Rambhia as Joint Managing Director, and Mr. Nitesh Savla as Whole Time Director for three-year terms starting early 2026.
