Pearl Global Industries Ltd. (PGIL) has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹1,227.92 Cr, with a net profit of ₹66.66 Cr.

During the quarter, the company also paid out a second interim dividend of ₹6.50 per share for FY24-25. Strategically, PGIL enhanced its global presence by acquiring an additional 5% stake in PT Pinnacle Apparels through a subsidiary, increasing total ownership to 89.93%.
