Indigo Paints' board has approved details for its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held virtually on August 30 at 11:30 AM. Shareholders will review the Annual Report for the year ended March 31, 2025. The record date for both final dividend eligibility and AGM voting is August 22. If the proposed final dividend of Rs. 3.50 per share is approved at the AGM, it will be paid within 30 days. Book closure is from August 23 to August 30. E-voting will be available from August 27 to August 29.
