India Pesticides Ltd. has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 275.28 crore and a profit after tax of Rs 34.91 crore for the quarter. Consolidated EPS stood at Rs 3.03. A notable boost to other income was a Rs 2.29 crore settlement from an insurance claim litigated since FY13-14.
