Jattashankar Industries Ltd — Updates, 07-08-2025: Company Update

Jattashankar Industries has announced a significant leadership overhaul. Mr. Keval Jayanti Khudai is appointed new Managing Director and Chairman for three years, holding 0.70 Cr shares. Mr. Nileshbhai Bhagvanji Bapodara becomes Whole-Time Director for three years, with approximately 0.72 Cr shares. Two independent directors, Mr. Harsh Pankajkumar Nayak and Mr. Siddharth Parshottam Gajra, also join the board. These key appointments are subject to shareholder approval. The prior MD & Chairman, an Executive Director, two Independent Directors, and the Chief Financial Officer have all stepped down. Board committees have been re-formed to reflect these changes.
