Jattashankar Industries' board has undertaken significant leadership changes. Mr. Keval Jayanti Khudai has been appointed Managing Director and Chairman for three years, holding 0.70 Cr shares. Mr. Nileshbhai Bhagvanji Bapodara joins as Whole-Time Director for three years, holding 0.72 Cr shares.
