The Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores has secured key approvals to boost its mining operations. Permissible annual production for manganese ore can now increase from 0.032 Million Metric Tonnes (MMT) to 0.049 MMT, and iron ore to 0.089 MMT. The company also gained permission to transport 0.327 MMT of previously produced incidental iron ore over the next two years. This significant expansion in operational capacity sets the stage for potentially higher sales and revenue, pending final necessary clearances.
