GIC Re has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹2,530.59 Cr. Net premium earned was ₹11,273.88 Cr, with investment income at ₹2,267.13 Cr. Solvency Ratio stands strong at 3.85. The board also approved the appointment of M/s Ragini Choksi & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Notably, GIC Re will now set aside Catastrophe Reserve on a quarterly basis.
