Federal Bank made significant strides in sustainability for FY25, reducing coal-related exposure to 0.39% of gross advances. Its green lending portfolio grew to ₹9,280 Crore, nearing its ₹13,000 Crore target for December 2025. The bank also surpassed its financial inclusion goal by financing 12.45 lakh women entrepreneurs. Operational efficiency saw 814.37 metric tonnes of paper saved through digitalization. The bank incurred a ₹0.27 Crore penalty from RBI and faces over ₹10 Crore in GST-related penalties, which are currently under appeal.
