Arisinfra's board met, approving its consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26. Revenue from operations reached ₹212.08 Cr, with profit for owners hitting ₹3.31 Cr. The board also greenlit the reappointment of its Secretarial Auditors (subject to shareholder nod) and Internal Auditors.
