Indus Towers Limited — Others, 07-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

Indus Towers has announced its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM), a virtual event for shareholders. The agenda includes adopting the financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, and re-appointment of directors. Shareholders will consider significant related party transactions with Bharti Airtel and Bharti Hexacom, capped at ₹25,000 Crore and ₹2,200 Crore annually. These operational agreements are at arm's length. Also on the agenda are payments to Non-Executive Directors, capped at ₹7.5 Crore annually, and new Secretarial Auditors. For FY25, the company reported revenue of ₹30,122.8 Crore and a net profit of ₹9,931.7 Crore, following a strategic acquisition of approximately 12,600 towers.
